Hi it's a pleasure to offer my services as a Creative Arts Therapist who can help bring out your creativity and imagination in fun healing ways through art making skills and cognitive exercises. You will learn therapeutic processes with a variety techniques and have skills for life to help you on your journey. 

This is for Adults to reconnect with their inner child and for Kids to expand their education on wellbeing and creativity.

What is Creative Arts Therapy?

 

​Creative Arts Therapy is holistic counselling it is a unique form of counselling focusing on the whole person regarding their mind, body and spirit. Its aim is to empower the individual to discover and access their own inner wisdom and healing abilities. It uses a wide variety of modalities in conjunction with counselling such as art, drumming, dance, writing, yoga and meditation. It is to provide support growth, inner development and assist those who would like to move through times of transition and overcome specific challenges. It is to support individuals who would like to develop a stronger sense of self and to grow in self-confidence and self-value as well as to ease the stress carried in the body and mind in response to internal and external situations using a personal centered approach.
